By making use of the service, which includes creating a profile, applying to be listed on the CHS page, or enlisting a consultant through the CHS service page, the user agrees to and accepts the following:

1. Chosŏn History Society (CHS) will be allowed to use the information provided in the application on its website and other communications via e-mail, listservs, and social media
2. CHS will only provide coordination and advertisement services
3. CHS will only advertise translators and consultants who are deemed qualified for the services they wish to provide
4. CHS will NOT be responsible for setting the rates/prices of specific services; any rates/prices on the CHS website are guidelines ONLY; individual translators and consultants are responsible for setting their own rates and for negotiating with parties interested in their service
5. As a coordinating serve, CHS will NOT be responsible for ensuring the quality or setting a standard for the finished product or the services provided
